Cynthia Yamasaki founded CMY Consulting in 2007 with a heartfelt mission to empower and energize leaders to navigate challenges in our rapidly evolving world and achieve sustainable success. Cynthia brings over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, government, and entrepreneurial sectors in Hawaii, Guam, and the continental U.S. She excels in executive coaching, business strategy, and workforce development, making her a trusted partner for those seeking to elevate their leadership and organizational impact.
Cynthia is a certified business advisor, wellness counselor, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and holds an MBA in Global Management and a BA in Finance. Her accolades include the 2025 America’s Small Business Development Center Star Award for Hawai‘i, a 2017 Better Business Bureau Hawai’i Torch Awards nomination, and the 2014 Women in Business Champion award from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
